We work with a permanent team in India – not a crowdsourced group of freelancers – to best ensure that security processes are followed and customer’s data handled properly. We mandate 2-Factor-Authentication on key services and run anti-virus software on employee’s laptops. We back up our data every six hours and keep the files on an offsite location in an encrypted format. Slides IQ is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service solution. Our servers are located in the USA to comply with strict USA data protection regulations. No credit card data is stored or handled on our servers.
